Well, I would hope they knew about the problems, they're pretty damn big, and the few hundred or so people who wasted their time at the Werner Core Event using /appeal should definaltey have caught their attention...
That night would have been so cool... :(

Atleast you can kil each other and respawn outside. Feel sorry for the last guy left though. ^^

It's easy to solve the core combat "problem". Tie capturing a base into core combat. I think the best way to do this would be to spawn an LLU type object right after a base has been taken. This object could then be taken underground and put in a secure location. Then to capture the base any attacking force would have to have a force extract the object from cc and bring it up top. This becomes even more viable with the recent combining of servers as sheer numbers make multi front battles more possible.
Core Combat might in the future be the must have expansion. But it has to be worth it. Tie in base capture to cc AND create new ways to gain experience will go a long way to making cc worth the $30.

Actualy Vanu started to camp becasue some asshole TR were camping the inner Forseral Geowarp. Maxs partoling the area, and if you survived the gauntlet agianst them, there were mines and spits on the ziplines. By the way, did the TR get smacked by the NC when they first enetered the tunnels? When we got there, a bunch of reavers and mosqitos afterburned it in on strafing runs, the cheeky gits.
