Crouch stay crouched aim at his head and wait for his cheeks to change color(If he raises his finger hurry up and pull the trigger!) But, keep some distance but stay crouched...if he spts out a little cute red thing jump over it, you cant kill it.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO STAY CROUCHED!

Man that thing takes ages to load. All I want to do when it finished is shoot all the zombie guys in the testicles.
