I've got a bit of a problem.

I know a few girls, granted, less than most, but still. I don't feel the need to know many. This I can understand.

But the next perplexes me.

Before I begin, I'd like to say that I am male and heterosexual. This is not a problem of sexual orientation. I am also teenage, so I'm not in a serious relationship and won't be for a while.

I don't feel attracted to them. Not one. On a social level, at least. Show me a pic of a hot girl and I'll get aroused just like any other straight male. However, how can I put this...I can't imagine myself dating any of them. No curiosity, no care beyond the safety level, basically I don't have whatever starts love.

It just sounds to me like you haven't gotten to know them very well. Especially in HS, the whole clique identity thing is important. The stoners all look and act the same, the punks all look and act the same, the goths, the jocks, the preps, the geeks, the nerds. They all seem like carbon copies. I'm willing to bet that to the girls you just seem like a carbon copy of whatever group you hang out with (assuming youre not one of...THEM)
Get to know one and you'll find that she has her own personality. If the "likes" and the designer clothing turn you off, go track down one of other varieties.

For the most part I'm the same way. Most of the girls I know are about as intertesting to me as a brick.
