O F N!!!!!
But that was funny anyway.
Most of my music is legit.
I've ripped about 5 CD's, and the rest is a bunch of stuff from OC remix.

And just kinda a side note, arent "random" searches illegal? Must have court order with evidence or at least some sort of case?

So does anyone really know wtf is going on? How can they search, where will they search, and what do I need to do? /nervous

All they should need is legit proof that you've been obtaining music illegally. It's cake to get a search warrant after that. They can sieze the computer it was on and everything. But fortunately, there was a supreme court case that overrulled the RIAA stating that they could not directly identify users by personal information. Read it off of Fark or HardOCP or somewhere.. /shrug
How can they have proof of illegal downloading without searching your computer? If they did, wouldn't that be invasion of privacy? I understand if they go through the program you DL'ed from them, and checked your files, but if you removed the program, there shouldn't be any way for them to find out.
PS: (edit) Either way they suck.

This is gay.
Unless they have a search warrent from the court its breaking the 4rth Amendment from the Bill Of Rights. (dunno where the fuck that came from, but i just read a chapter in History bout it(remember I'm only in 8th grade)
