File readers

I need something that can read files that contain the information of the game, it's stats, like the ones that contain the damage for the weapons in PS. Any help?

Doesn't give me a program to READ them, just gives me the site thats associated with em.

Ya, and that site has the program, what are you thinking of making a trainer to exploit the damage of the weapons?

I've yet to see a site that lets me get something to read their files. And, I 've got to find out what I made my 'mech out of, cuz I forgot.
