"you do not have a planetside subscription." WTF?

I downloaded the 30days trial. Then I registered, and all went fine, but when i tried to log in i got the message: "you do not have a planetside subscription" But I have.

What can be wrong? What can I do? :confused:

You Have to put in a credit card number, i talked with Customer Serv. You can put in a fake CC# and cancel at the end of the 30 day trial so not to be charged. Or, go buy a game card for $40. Your Choice
