Have you tried peeing on it? That always works for me. If that doesn't help, try calling your nearest Catholic Arch Diocese and have'em stop by for a good old fashioned exorcism.

Did you try to stick the firewire thingie into your USB port?

Cause that wont work I think.

First of all, go to www.apple.com and download iTunes for windows. The packaged software sucks donkey balls. Make sure your firewire port is working properly. Hopefully iTunes will be able to recognize it. Apple products work together amazingly well.
