I'm trying to make a channel only for Emerald TR. On the best IRC server irc.planetside-universe.com. If you want access give me a message in there and just say requesting access to the TR Emerald channel or something and I'm on all the time or at least idle so I'll read your message when I come back.
Outfit leaders = OP
CR 5 = OP
High ranks in outfit = Half-OP
Other outfit members = voice
Non-outfit members = normal
CR5's get OP even if they don't lead outfits.
This is a new idea and I hope it'll work.
So if your interested send me a message or even a PM in here. If you send a PM include your registered IRC name.
