Not for me, but my lame ass school's team.
They are undefeated, so far, 3 years strait...
...at losing.
Their passing, sucks.
Their layups(i'm pissed, dont correct my spelling right now), sucks.
Them just holding onto the ball, sucks.
My coach had hope for this team, but now he's literaly fucking pissed. Today at the half when it was 0 to 45, he was all joyfull putting the slow guys at pointgaurd (well, tall people, half the team is no bigger than 5'6". He doesn't care about whats going on anymore, but I know he's just going to make them (including me, noting that i am on the team) run liners more than half the practice tomorrow (they did 36 yesterday and we did better then than we did now).
Now rather running, I feel like giving the lazy asses a second chance cause I'm nice, and maybe a 3rd.....with the addition of running if they dont know where the hell they are.
Yet.....I suck too, but i'm more intimidating that anyone at the school. I need help.
Plays, drills, ANYTHING that will help them atleast make 10 pts the next game. (links, email, self guid, or even more helpfull a drawing, I think they would understand that)
(if your wondering who much we lost by today......lets just say we where 60 points off)

Ok shitty drawing but still...
Key players illustrated.
#1 gets the balls back away dribling thru legs if capable to confuse (sounds dumb but it does)
#2 pass to that guy near the net
#3 pass to the guy on the other side wich then passes it to your last defense guy who takes the shot
Important thing is to confuse them and make them run around to tired them out then take the shots from a point they arent covering.
When they get the idea of what your doing change the play a little bit taking the shot before they think it will be shot.

I would venture to say that with the amount of talent and physical presence your team seems to posess, go with 3/4 court press, encourage physical defence...steals...full court passes and crash the boards and paint as hard as possible. Any team should be able to get some garbage pts. Good luck!

Dude, at least have fun with it. The other teams should know they are going to whoop your ass in score, so why not use your 5 or 6 fouls and whoop some ass of theirs, physically. If you put enough guys out of the game you'll be up 5 to 4 guys, then I'm sure you HAVE to score something.
In Summary, use your intimidation bugger, throw some 'bows and drag those feet, if you hate losing at least have fun doing it.

i made a guy get called for traveling when he stepped on my foot...i dragged his foot out and tripped him...as for your team, mine sucks too because no one practices and whenever we start losing, everyone pretty much stops playing

my team also sucks, our skills arent so bad we just suck playing as a team
try practicing layups alot, getting rebounds, working on shooting, passing, these are all fundamentals, you guys really gotta get these down before you try anything hard
practice defense and offense
my practice is broken up like this: first 10 min shoot around, next 10 min say what we need to improve on, next 40 min offense and defense drills such as 3 on 2 2 on 1, 3 man weave, boxing out drills, then we scrimage the rest of the practice
we almost won our last game, but we were missing 2 of our players, some of the better ones, i fouled out with 5:10 left in the second half, my defense was on fire except no one else played good defense, then later 2 more of our guys fouled out, the calls were really one sided, my last foul i didnt even hit the kid i stuffed him by hitting the ball as he shot, so we were really pissed
I know just what your team needs

Speaking of dunking. You all think I'm a gaint being only 6'3" and almost 14 years old right? Some black kid at another school 14 1/2 yrs old is 6'7", and can dunk. Its scary. For once I feel hella small.
But other wise thx guys for some support......not really helping me but my coach got into the groove again, starting with a speech after we played the girls bball team and lost (13-46). So we're ok right now, but if we do worse than the last game.....me need gatorade....
I found one of your teams' flaws.

Its clear the ability of jumping is non existant on your team
This simple diagram shows what happens when jumping is executed poorly. (Well, this happens to me. No one else I guess)

....
No points at the half? Umm....damn. I honestly don't even know, Bug. It sounds like you guys need to basically start over from the ground up. Get fundamentals nailed down then move on to working on plays. But seriously if you had no points at the half it sounds like your fundamentals really really need work.
How often do you guys practice and what do you generally work on in them?

Um, I forget if I'm calling this play right, but anyways.
what you do (I think) is have 4 guys around the 4 corners of the key,and maybe 1 guy in the key?
I forgot, but its a really really effective defense.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, Mondays and Wensdays are games. Since we had NO coaches good enough in the past that taught us nothing but zone, he's trying to make us do something in that very basic offense rather than just stand around. I think he's teach us something next week.
I've made you a foolproof plan... We've tried, but they even drop that.
what you do (I think) is have 4 guys around the 4 corners of the key,and maybe 1 guy in the key? Zone. Not really a play, its a defense/offense.
Though we might win 1 game this time. This team we played at the anualy tournoment at our gym (since its the biggest gym out of all schools), we lost 47 to 49. The closest we've EVER done. So unless they are doing what we are doing, we=teh win!!!1
