Bio Lab- Since it is a biolab, maybe an emergency unloading tarmack for wounded indicating it's similar to a field hospital. Maybe some cots in the catacombs. Some IV drips.

Interlink Facility- Remove one equipment terminal, the one facing the door. Put a superconductor panel that gives the impression that there's a crystaline link between the base computers and the satelite dish. Put some huge supercomputers inside.

Tech Plant- Put some apparatus on the inside base wall that clearly shows "This is where we retrofit and repair vehicles".

Amp Station- Put some field generators on the outside, indicating the emitters for the charge field. Inside is perfect IMO.

Dropship Center- Override the autolaunch for the air vehicle pad and let people roll vehicles up that ramp if they use a terminal at the gate.

On a functionality side, the watch tower needs a ground silo. It's currently useless.

What purely eye-candy changes would you like to see?

For eye candy...

I'd like to see common pool items reworked to look more empire-unique... like the way the body armors are different... they are all the same but have a very unique appearance... I'd like to see this carry through to common pool vehicles and weapons...

Get rid of the Sanctuary spawn building that faces the side of the HART building. Why is there a 1 in 3 chance that I have to run like a bitch to catch the HART? The little things that annoy... :rolleyes:

This is athetic and a bit of gameplay, but make the scale of the conts bigger compared to the bases and people and put out more towers, this way we could have fights out in the very cool places that exist on some conts, especialy the forseal mountians and cyssors plains the ones west of ixtab and the ones west of the mountains, there are so many cool places on the conts to fight but there are never battles there

Just FYI, in one of the dev chats a couple of months ago SmokeJumper was asked what one change would he make to the game now, if time,money,download etc was not an issue. His reply? He'd make the continents smaller.

About the Sanct spawn buildings, I'm not talking about getting rid of all of them, just the one that doesn't face the doors of the HART building when you step out...

I think someone hinted at it earlier, but I'll say it again..

Like we have uniform upgrades for BR and CR I'd like similar stuff to vehicles, some shiny things on my mag so people stop and go "oooh shiny..." etc...

Oh and I want a pub in the sanctuary. :)

i think it would be pretty cool to see a vehicle colored depending on the BR of the driver/pilot. just like the way armor is. the higher the battle rank, the more color you have to your armor, it would be cool to see it on the vehicles as well. just a thought

Id like to see when you die, the screen goes a lot darker. Then, if you get rezzed, theres a white flash, and, as youre regaining your stamina, your POV is blurred when you move.

I would like unharmable wildlife, basically just animated terrain.

Wales or sharks, possibly fish jumping and shit, whatever it is fish do, in the water. Birds of different varieties flapping around, then pissing off when the missiles start flying. Big, fuck off snakes in trees that could own a Vanguard if only they weren't an innocuous animated terrain feature. Butterflys. Lizards and small mammals. Moths inside. Naked women just loitering around the spawn tubes in sanc, fucking sweet. On the topic of naked women, perhaps a mermaid comes and checks out your body if you drown in deep enough water, that would be worth not respawning for. All complete with 3D sound effects.

Probably too FPS intensive, but it would be to have a nice fauna option that you could toggle on and off like flora.

Since when did asthetics involve porn? :p Meh, I can live with the mermaids, though. It would give me some condolance after my shot-down Reaver plummets into the waters.

Anyway, asthetic changes? Well, flags fluttering from the tops of bases would be pretty neat. Better yet, when the implement OBO, the flag should change to the decal of the outfit for that added touch.

This would be a gameplay/asthetic change, but heavy machine guns permanently mounted on railings and the barrers in courtyards would be pretty sweet. Make them have a limited firing radius, though (don't want attackers to use them against the defenders!).

Finally, some more weather would be a nice asthetic change. I know that it slows down the game and alll, but it would be great if a solution was made to bring more weather back. Rainy battles are very, very cool.

That's all. Oh, the occasional rogue asteriod smacking into the NC Sanc would be a nice asthetic enhancement too. I can just see the smoldering rock cleaving the HART building, tossing bits of blue and gold into the clear sky as the air is peppered with anguished cries and pieces of shattered Vanguards. Ah, how pretty. Unfortunately, the NC are people too, so I can't really ask for that change. :D

An asthetic change i would like to see is kinda like the outfit ownership....you would get a warning when u pass into an enemy SOI, then u could know which battles to pick to get the most XP.

Edit: i saw the best idea on the PSU quote...lmao....what about the veh. paint jobs...not just change for BR....but some visual reskin maybe?
