Photoshop 7 Skillz

I just got Photoshop 7 but its very confusing too me but id like learn some good stuff to make some great graphics for sigs, web graphics, etc. Please list some good tutorial sites or just write on how to do something down here. Thanks ;)

if you go to the site then go back to this page, then it appears, but that doesn't help much.... I used to have problems with geocities which have me the red X. Then I decided to keep the X, because it's a true work of art
