What is a web tracer and the servers don't have a website.

I've downloaded neo trace to check my internet lag. But you have to enter a web site to send a ping.

To check your in-game lag just go in-game and type /stats but if you mean something else then I don't know because the servers don't have websites.

You don't need to install any software anyway, click start, then run, type CMD, then type "ping werner.planetside.com" in the dos box (minus the " " marks)

What ping is good on the server ? I get like 30 most of the time and in battle generally 70-100. Ok ? or should it be better for Cabel Modem 512k.

That ping is fine :)

Ping refers to transfer time in milliseconds, so if your ping is 80, you are 0.08 seconds behind the server

Try typing command in run then, or click start/accessories/ms dos prompt.
