Silent Run implant

Just a quick question. Does the Silent Run implant counter the Interlink Benefit. I've never taken the time to use silent run so I'm not sure of its all around usefulness.

No. They said this will be included in the implant balance pass and is considered an indirect buff to infiltrators. See implant thread.
