Yep, he mentioned PoF... Plane of Fear. Guilds, officers, bidding for characters, farming gear, and etc. I guess it could be a different MMORPG but it sure as hell sounds like EQ.

EQ horses, a semi-expensive item to buy... guilds often raise funds to buy their members horses, well the casters anyway.

Ok do you know how much a real horse is to buy? Alot, thousands. Do you actually think this guy raises enough money from his guild members to buy even one horse? He probably doesn't even require a 'real' fee to join. Its just an ingame fee of EQ money.

no, id guess it was a real life fee too, because the web guy says that the leader and another member have like 4 accounts each, and no job, and accounts cost money, so its prolly a dollar fee too.

That could be possible, but I'm pretty sure he couldn't raise enough for a horse.... Unless they have aaaallllooooooot of members and I have no idea how guilds work in EQ, but I don't think you can have that many members.

you can have as many members as you want. some guilds have upwards of 500 people. but, i dont think its a real life horse either, its a EQ horse, and trust me, those things cost alot

From what I remember, EQ horses went from about 9k to about 95k I think depending on faction. My buddy farmed Ice Giants (when loot was good) for ages for a black 95k one.

:rofl: owned. BTW, EQ horses cost alot, it takes about 6 months of work to raise the ingame money to buy them in most cases
