I ordered the 'suicide wings' from the pizza place today and let's just say 'suicide is painless'. A newborn could probably enjoy them without a single tear.
I love hot food. Jabaneros, jalapenos, thai chilis or good ol' Tabasco sauce. Oh, and don't forget wasabi. Mmm.
Vote.
I have a certain fondness for Dan T's excruciating hot Cayenne Pepper sauce.
It hurts so good.

Its ok, I'll get an urge to gulp it down with a big ol' ham sandwitch.

I had a bad experience with hot food once. Please don't remind me.

I'm still laughing about the 'suicide' wings. The guy taking the order actually had the nerve to say 'suicide' like I was in for trouble.
I've had spicier doritos.

I come from the Southwest, where they have real chili. Green and red, both being pretty damn spicy. I personally don't think our chili as spicy, but when an East Coast friend tried it... yeah, he was crying. So I guess I can handle anything :)
I love my spices, but there is a point at which heat stops adding to the culinary experience and starts to be just another goddamn penis waving contest. It's about where a strong burn becomes a oh jesus what is happening in my mouth and sinuses.

I remember my from took a chunk of wasabi and stuffed it into a piece of sushi when i went to the bathroom. I started to eat it, and immediately tears started streaming down my face and my nose started burning. I chewed quick and swallowed. Holy fuck did that burn.

once i ate these peppers my friend's dad grew, they are the hottest peppers taht are legal, so i ate one and it was so hot that i coughed the juices out my nose, so then my throat, mouth, and nose was on fire for half an hour, i stuffed ice cubes up my nose to numb the pain
my friend once got these spicy chicken wings from papa ginos, they were the most disgusting shit i have ever seen, i think they like soaked them in tabasco then handed em to ya, the smelled so bad i wanted to throw up, spicy food gone wrong

That said, the spicy-less world of Demolition Man scares me :scared:

Can't handle hot food (stomach just won't take it). Never understood the enjoyment of having to wipe your brow with a napkin after consuming some death wings. To each his own.

I couldn't agree more. I can pretty much handle any amount of hotness, but I prefer to be able to taste my food. A little spiciness is always in order though.
