If its drugs, or alchohol the best way off of them is to look at your current life choice. Then find the path that you desire to follow. Do not look at the prize the path is more important. Never think short term either long term is always the best

If you are depressed it usually comes from anxiety and not enough attention paid to problems that are way to hard to come to terms with because its so hurtful to think about them. Ignoring them makes them worse. Think long and hard about what u want from life the key to failure is to always try and please others. Your happiness is most important. There are no supposed too's in life you can change it! Nothing is hopeless.

Just a little philosophy from me about these kind of problems. They are definantly not as simple as I wrote though because everyone is different. Just the basics to being happier without needing denial or chemicals.

WTF rehab is not a joking matter, I should know. I quite speed, pot, mushrooms,acid,coke(xpt for that fuckup a couple weeks ago )......But I will tell you those damn cigs are the WORSE! Its my next challenge.
