Yeah no shit. If it's bleeding wtf it's not steak it's still a cow. I like my steak's to actually touch the flame not sit on a plate next to one.

they do have some nice Buffet's in Vegas. I like the Rio myself, cause, uh, its so big, and good. The one at the aladin was also nice last time i was there, if not near as big as the Rio's. The Circus Circus on the other hand kinda sucks.

It's not steak until you wrap it in bacon.

I lived there in '99 funny but the best one I found was at the Sunset Station in Green Valley/Henderson. Heard from my friends though that it went to shit last year. DAMN THOSE TERRORISTS BASTARDS TO HELL!!!!!! (Sorry had to get my agression out)

I lived in California for a long time and would go to Vegas like 2 times a year because it was a 3-4 hour drive, but as for steak, Filets are good wrapped in beacon yes. Sirloin on the other hand needs pepercorn sauce.
There is nothing like the feeling of going down to your local ramen bar and ordering some ramen.

Great way to make a killer baked potato: get bacon fat, cover the tatter, sprinkle koaser salt on it, let it sit for 2 days and the fat soak in, bake the bad boy, and there you go, killer spud.

There is one great truth in cooking: Bacon makes everything better.
For instance, take your common egg sandwich. You can make it better by toasting the bread and adding cheese, but there is only so far you can take an egg sandwich. Now add bacon and you're finally talking about something worth the effort to chew. But still it isn't a perfect bacon egg and cheese sandwich because you made it backwards. Next time, cook the bacon first, then fry the egg in bacon grease. Now that, my friend, is a sandwich. Don't put mayo on it tho, that shiat is bad for you. :D

"For instance, take your common egg sandwich"
I wasn't aware there *was* a common egg sandwich. That can't be good. Unless you mean with like toast and breakfast food. Then ignore me.

Oh yes, the egg sandwich is a boring and crappy meal for sure, but it is real. Such is the food of the single-income lower-middle class family, or was when I was growing up.
Ever heard of fried baloney? :D
