Well God bless them!

I had a br13 cr2 account on TR Markov that was deleted during the inactive player sweep. I had left PS due to personal reasons. On a whim, I /appeal'ed it and they restored my account. THe message said that they could only do 1 restore per account but for anyone who lost a high bep cep account during the sweep and is returning to PS just appeal it they will give u your account back.

ChrisL was the one who gave me my account back.

DanB did help me fix my /tell bug though.

I guess that break DanB got certanly cooled him off or else he might have kicked you off the server for such a request.

Yeah, ChrisL is cool, he even provided some creepy clown-movie links to mess with one guy that was chating. And the fearlist site.

DanB seems to get flamed alot, but in the dealing i had with him he was just as helpful as any other CSR. I didn't know they restore accounts, its actually pretty nice for all those who are coming back now..good that they put the effort in

Most of the CSR team are really nice guys, but there are a few who aren't so nice. That's just the way it goes.

DanB very nicely helped fix my /tell bug last night as well, along with my buggy friends list. Only dealing I've had with a CSR so far and it was as nice as you could hope.

You know, DanB was smeared by a bunch of OF llamas. From what I can tell (and to be sure, there have been several deleted threads on the issue) it sounds like a couple idiots got in a pissing contest with him and then tried to get him fired when he smacked them down. None of the posts ranting on about him showed any kind of logic, common sense, or even human decency so I doubt he was all they had him cracked up to be. God damn soap opera, if you ask me.
