I played planetside since release up until the lasher/mcg boost a while ago, and I decided to give it another go.

Now with this core combat thing and such I'm confused, but I think i will manage :)

anyway, what I'm getting at is, Were there any MAJOR nerfs/buffs to any empires? I noticed they merged servers and gave certs pairs and such, just wondering what the new cheddar is :)

BTW. My AKA was Arclyte (BR20 CR4) of the TR, some of you might remember me, my buddy deleted the char and made some NC character so I have to be a lowly TR n00b all over again. And I'm in the market for an organized outfit. Gimme a holler :D

Welcome back to PlanetCrack. I recently started playing again as well. Well actually, I started playing again a few months ago, I just never made a PSU account until recently. I used to be on the Johari leaderboard back in the old days of PS. Then my cable took a crap on me and I didn't play for a week. But I managed to get back to the #5 spot before deciding that I wouldn't play again. Ya, that was a dumb decision.

To me Core Combat was a waste of 30$, since I maybe go into the caverns once a week for like an hour, if that. As for all the new changes, just go to the official website and look for information about the balance patch and whatnot. Wish I could tell you exactly where to go, but the website is blocked at work. :p

TR still owns, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and all day on the leap year.

NC is still having population issues. It's like nobody cares about freedom.

VS had their annual baby'n'chili cookoff the other day.

argh, i noticed that starfire max got a boost LOL

last time I was in a reaver, you could virtually fly over a vs base with impunity because their AA was so shitty, only thing to threaten me was other skeeters/reavers and the occasional mag gunner
