GMT would be Noon I believe

FireWolf22

gmt is 8 hours behind pacific..also if this is patch released 2.4.7 does that mean that 2.4.6 is out. I didn't see it last night on the live servers. I know that is to much to hop for. I want my pheonix back. I left it after the nerf you never had enough ammo. I may pick it back up.

edit for stupidity: gmt is 8 hours ahead of pacific not behind. Sorry :)

The rotating radar is nice.

I still think I liked the closed beta radar better, but meh..

Did they fix that annoying bug that causes you to hear wind after bailing an air vehicle with gun drawn?

Can someone post the entire patch list. I can't get to the official site. At work, DAMN PROXIES. Got to hate Security. They have banned us from all sites that contain the work game, are associated with a game company, anything with sex, I can't even look up cigars here. I will tell you what does suck and ist major stupid. The same day I tried to find cigars on the web, My buddy next to me was able to find martial arts weapons. Go figure.

Firewolf, are you in the armed forces? I'm in the Air Force, and the proxy here works the same way...I can't look up a fantasy book, but I can go and buy throwing knives. Go figure.

My main is TR char, but I have recently started playing NC. I called 3 of my pals at home and they all say the rexo buff is most beneficial to TR. All 3 of them have logged over 70 kills in 2 hours and have died less than 3 times. I have been told it is almost impossible now to kill a rexo when u r using agile.

The Repair/Rearm functions of the Lodestar will no longer work inside of a warpgate
Thank God! That was one of the cheeeeeeziest exploits I had seen in a long time.

At the playtest it was really hard to tell the effect of the buffed Rexo since almost every person was wearing it, but I do remember an instance where an agile with Heavy assault tried to kill me and I smoked him quite easily with a Sweeper. It did appear that I didnt die because of my buffed armor so it will be interesting to see this in game. This is how it should be. Given equal skills, a person that doesnt want to spend any cert points on armor should be at a great dissadvantage to one that does

I agree with that 100%. I'd also add that I've not really had much trouble downing rexos this morning. They still drop pretty quickly to an AMP and a Jack.

That's just false. It doesn't benefit TR the most, and it doesn't make Reinforced wearers massively more difficult to put down. I'm not sure what your friends are on about, but they're not giving you a good impression of reality.

The worse part about that bug was that enemies could hear the noise too.

Something I've noticed is that your stamina heals like you're crouching even when you're not. Or have I been blind?

Crouching never did increase stamina regeneration, if I'm not mistaken.

I'm pretty sure it does. Not completely sure though, I'll check when I play later today.

I am also pretty sure it went a little faster. Also you can get the occasional glitch where it just pops all the way to 100 instantly. That glitch never works while standing

Black

it does increase the stamina regeneration when your crouching that ive noticed.

FireWolf22
2004-02-06, 03:27 PM
Yeah, stamina regeneration is faster when crouched. This is from a surge non HA user. It should regenerate faster when crouched. No I'm not in the military. That was my past life, ARMY. Marsman thanks for clearing up where that link goes to. There have been many times where the links like that that state click here go to the offical forumns. I didn't click on it, because they monitor our proxy hits here. Security has a proxy bot that counts up the number of proxies each person hits. If you get to many they come and talk to you. If you are on the internet to long they come and talk to you. If you look at your terminal the wrong way they come and talk to you. Damn uber internet security nazi's.

edit: just for any security personnel who are monitoring my work station. "I really didn't mean nazi or anything bad about it".

I am glad to see the patch, finaly. I just wish they would release these things on a Monday or Tuesday. I would have been willing to wait until Monday for this. Here is why.

Most every patch they have released has caused new bugs and I am sure this one will have a couple too. I understand that the some bugs don't show up in QA or in testing, I can deal with that. The thing I can't deal with is them messing up the game right before the weekend. Why will they not patch the game on Mondays and Tuesdays. That way they have the whole week to work out the bugs that they introduce.

Onizuka-GTO
2004-02-06, 04:51 PM
maybe because they are busy on Mondays and Tuesdays with work? Oh wait....this is their work.....

It should have been on the server about 2 hours before your first question about GMT time, which was posted at 5AM PST. ?? 3AM was just over 12 hours ago.
