Implant activation bug

Well from what I've figured out. If you log out before your implants acxtivate when you log back on your implants will not activate unless you die or go to a implant term and remove and reinstall them. Not sure if its a new bug or an old bug.

yeah freaking annoying to, but not taht much of a big deal, hence the lack of dev attention
