Help! I can't send tells

Hey all.
Anybody had the problem where you can no longer send a /tell to anybody in the game? It doesn't give me any errors when i do it, but it just doesn't go through. Relogging, rebooting, etc.. nothing helps it. It's been happening for a few days now.

Did you make the char after the wipe? Because some names cannot /tell or recieve /tells,
