Hi, i have a GeForce Fx 5700 Ultra but when i downloaded the latest omega drivers it did not include 5700 parts when i have to select the graphics card im using, do any of the omega drivers work with my card or will i just have to rely on the nvidia drivers?

lol, no, i just read they were better than the normal drivers cuz they were designed for gaming, at the moment im trying everything possible to get my framerates up.

Oh and does anyone know if i will get an fps increase if i use 333Mhz ram insted of 266MHz

When his new driver come out they will be able to support the 5700, its just that he got a little behind so the Omega's he has now to not support the 5700.

The ram thing depends on wht FSB you CPU is running at. If you could enliten us with your system specs

system specs are:

Pentium 4 1.8Ghz
Asus p4p800S
512 DDR PC 4000
GeForce FX 5700 Ultra 128 MB DDR2
Sound Blaster Audigy 1
40GB Harddrive

I cant run my ram at full speed yet because my processor does not have enough fsb to use the 400mhz speed my ram is capable of.

I tried the starstorm drivers and they seem to work well, but are there any better drivers out there.

Hmm, I think the OEM drivers from nvidia have the overclocking function locked out. Maybe thats's what he is talking about.

Anyways, I am a huge fan of the Omega drivers and I recommend them to everyone.

All normal Nvidia driver have Ocing locked out, you need to DL the coolbit's patch if thats what you mean

I just use standard up-to date ATI drivers, I dunno what the big deal is. I tried omegas and noticed no difference whatsoever.

Did you try the performance version? The quality version is about the same speed as the OEM ones from Nvidia. Where I knoticed the difference was when I installed the performance version.

Get the Regular nvidia 53.03/4/6's Omega doesn't have the new better ones odded yet, and the SS's take a performance hit
