America's Army. Not only is it ultra realistic but it emphasizes teamwork.

Besides, killing terrorist scum as l33t US soldiers is too good to pass up.

You want teamwork: RTCW. Not enemy territory, they killed the game with that expansion. Just plain RTCW. You want a helluva lotta teamwork, get it for xbox live.

Oh ya, and there's nazis. And we all love killing nazi's. :nazi:
