Has anyone taken a look at Champions of Norrath for PS2? It gets released tomorrow.
I was thinking "Great another shitty EQ spin-off", but the closer I look, the better it looks. It almost looks like it could be called Diablo 3. I might have to check it out. Random dungeon generator, equipment generator... very Diabloesque.

That franchise has enough money to make any game good, that's why I'm psyched about EQ2.

Fable for xbox will be a fun little diversion though.

EQ2 will probably be the only MMORPG I ever play seriously again, pretty much just because of the station pass. I'll give WoW a shot but it's going to have to be unbelievably good for me to pay for it in addition to the other subscriptions I have.

Well, bump. UPDATE.

I've been playing Champions most the day, and for a PS2 game its pretty damn fun. It's really fucking hard if you play single player. I think it's geared for at least 2 players.

If you're going to play it single player, your best bet is to use a Ranger with a bow, or a pure caster. Somthing with a ranged attack. My barbarian warrior, Shitty McTurdburgler, works really well with my girlfriend's palidin healing type broad.

I give it 4 out of 5 retarded smileys :doh: :doh: :doh: :doh: , Really good game, but the voice talent, and cut scenes are 103% gay.
