Hello people...

I'm new to this game. It looks awesome. I'd like to know what's the best way to feel involved in it. I know about outfits... but where can I find info's on them (so I could try and join 'em)... Playing this game by myself is just.. unthinkable. I'd like to participate and really feel I make a difference.

Also, if any of you could direct me to a link where I can have a list of every abreviations / diminutives used in the game (only 2 I know is BR and CR)...

I created a character on Emerald under the NC faction... Untill I find a good outfit that's whilling to give me a try I'll just wander around...

Thanx

Get on TeamSpeak or a similar voice-chat system and find a group of people you want to chat with. Not only will you learn about the game, but you'll learn skills relating to interpreting commands over voice-chat and making your status known to your squad.

Join random squads and make your first post a list of your certifications. Tell people you are new. Don't be afraid to make mistakes: it's a game and the good players won't make you feel bad about it.

Join the Terran Republic. Although the rulebook doesn't mention it, TR personnel get more life insurance and organ donor credits than the average NC or VS trooper. Our widows are already getting full compensation back on Terra, why not you?

 , what are you insinuating Veteran?

Funky, Vet's right. Join as many squads as you can. Ask about TeamSpeak and if you can join their voice coms. Also, ask around Sanc if someone can answer some questions for you. More then likely somebody will take a bit of time to do so.
