RightWing was a member of IV. No one really liked him, but, he was a halfway decent player, and really had yet to demonstrate anything that would warrant removal from the outfit. Suddenly, this BR20 ReticuleX character joins the outfit, and, on TS, its still Rightwing. We ask, he lies, and says this is an Alt. We play along, but, it becomes clear, that, Mr. Bob has the fraudulent Bob account (one I accessed myself, with the permission from the *ahem* "owner") The ReticuleX account, and the RightWing account. So, great bannination, CSR involvement, and yay.
