View Full Version : Finally, my name means something again.
Common

I started the character Common on Emerald back when the whole Lasher 2.0 fiasco was going on. Up until that point, I was TR on Emerald. I chose the name because I was just creating the toon to try out the Lasher, and figured I would be "common"... just like all the others doing the same thing at the time. Well, my TR outfit on Markov disbanded, so I started playing on Emerald more, joined an outfit, and have been there ever since. For quite some time my name has made little sense, but now I am Common in all my Lasher glory. Only problem is, this is an established character, so the irony of it is long gone  . Oh well, at least my name means a little something again...

It means you are a follower, not a leader. :)

During the Lasher 2.0 deal I created an Emerald character named LasherMonkey to try it out. I played it a grand total of 1 day, but as I was logging on yesterday noticed that I'd never bothered deleting them. I should log them on, spam some people to death and have people curse my name.

Wow, that's cold man, cold. What happened is I did exactly as Madcow did. Tried out the Lasher 2.0 and went back to my regular character on Markov. When my Markov outfit called it quits, I decided to play on Emerald, as I live closer to the East Coast anyway. Rather then start a new character and do the VR training shit again, I just started up Common again (and this was after the Lasher 2.0 was fixed). I just find it funny that I'm still playing this character, and here come the Lasher nerf cries again. I have meaning again :p

LOL, I know that dude. That's the problem with posting on boards - no one can hear any inflection in your voice (perhaps I should have dropped a smilie in there :) )

They should have just left it as it was. All it needed was the fix for not doing damage at point-blank. That was the only problem I had with it. Now, I'm not mad that it's even better now, but it didn't really need it.

Your mom is lashermonkey with cheese in the pants? WTF?
The name goes before the Tu mama to be gramatically correct.

I love that there are people who think of that as an insult.
He'll also probably be your boss in a few years.
