View Full Version : We need another rant regarding HA or imbalance in general

As much as I love deriding them, they are an integral part of this forum (when done with moderation). I think that it is about time for another one, so I humbly ask veteran to hit the booze and rip off a good one about the lasher, the NC, or the beamer. It adds character to the forums, and with terahertz not posting as often, it is a much rarer occurance.

Hmmm, maybe i should take a crack at that "Nerf the Beamer" post i was thinking about.

But seriously, the Beamer is total bullshit weapon, and the AP mode just adds insult to injury compared to the poor pitiful NC MAG-Scatter.

I agree. The beamer needs to go now. Just delete the damn weapon. Just the other day 5 VS stormed our base with beamers and with their instant weapon firing mode switching ability easily melted through our infantry and MAX units alike. How can we be expected to fight such a versatile opponent? And comparing the beamer to the Scatter Pistol is ludicrous.

The beamer owns a REXO in AP mode in just 31,845 shots and then the wielder nimbly switches firing mode to standard to spatter the now armorless enemy with just another 27,456 hits!!! On the other hand we MAG Scatter Pistil users are expected to land 3 consecutive or near consecutive hits to achieve the same results!!! This is total bullshit!

I suggest removing the beamers alternate fire mode (it�s pure overkill), but I�d leave the damage per shot alone� never underestimate the awesome power of erosion. The Grand Canyon was build by beamers over 189,785 years. Coincidence this is the same amount of time it takes to totally own a Basalisk? I think it�s a DEV Plot to favor the VS and make the beamer just like a POWERFUL FORCE OF NATURE!

Nerf or completely remove the Beamer Devs of you can just go ahead and cancel my account!!!

I always suspected Tera would defect. This is no more spam than the flame wars in general. I haven't even invoked the ++ either!
