Your Favorite Continent To Fight On

Well the title says it all, this is a simple poll to find out which continent you like to fight on and why. Please be as descriptive as possible as to why you like the continent. If you want to post a least favorite please do, just leave the poll itself for your favorite.

My vote for favorite is Cyssor.

My reasons are simple, Cyssor is always a good hard fight. On my TR character I am a lighting driver and cyssor is a lightings dream world, its big, open, and has good places for 75kph lighting duels. It has lots of bridges and I love good bridge fights, and Gunuku is my favorite base to fight over, no matter what empire. The land is good for both open tank battles and good base to base cluster fights. IMHO there isnt a bad thing about the continent except that its an NC home cont and not a TR home cont.

My least favorite is Ceryshen

The terrain is horrible for driving, the cliffs are gruesome, the bases are cramped, the visibility sucks, and its a freaking VS home cont. Basically, no good parts to it.

Cyssor and Forseral are my two favorites, Cyssor is a good vehicle area and the bridge battles are fun, while Forseral offers a good mix of vehicular warfare and infantry attacks. Ish was mapped by Satan himself, I fucking hate Ish.

Solsar is my favourite. I am of the opinion that it is has the best terrain and lattice, I always enjoy a good fight on Solsar.

My vote for favorite is Ceryshen

The terrain is horrible for driving, the cliffs are gruesome, the bases are cramped, the visibility sucks, and its a lovely TR home cont. Basically, all good parts to it.

G'damn i LOVE Ceryshen! Most fun cont ever, none of that pansy rolling grassplains crap. Its a harsh and unforgiving cont. Whats there not to love! :D

I like the Green continents the most. And the one I like the most of them is Cyssor.

the bridge battles, especially south gunuku, are really fun. the fact it's green helps allot.

I vote Amerish. Its lush, green, and the terrain is a good mix of hills for infantry and enough smooth ground for some vehicle combat.

It was a tough call between Cyssor and Forseral, but since so many people are picking Cyssor, I'm going to give Forseral some love.

It's not a real big continent, and the proximity of the bases leads to some vicious vehicle battles. Controlling Bel gives you the northern bases as you can repair those same vehicles quickly. Caer is already the capitol as between the close access to the caverns and the fact that it's a Lattice chokepoint (note to any VS group that overruns the contient...if the TR counter-attack in force...fall back to Caer and CE the crap out of it...you can hold that much easier than the three bases close to the WG). I love the fights on Forseral, both defending and invading.

Cyssor is cool too, except the east and west of that continent are so divided that you end up fighting over the same trio time and time again (Gunuku, Kaang, Itan). The fact that it is almost a permanent three-way battle is kind of cool though...if you're into that sort of thing.

My least favorite is the snow continents, but it's because of the way the cliffs work out (especially on Cery) where you'll spawn within 300m of the base, but are down at the bottom of a 300m cliff. Sucks going two klicks out of the way while the enemy just lobs shells and such down on you. Also don't like how the flight ceiling isn't adjusted for the cliffs. I'll still fight on them, but as a last resort. ;)

I also don't like Hossin, but even then it's not that I HATE it, because those swamps are kind of cool. I just dislike it as I'm a sniper and there's a bunch of fog everywhere that makes long range visibility difficult. Still, fun to be had there as well.

Cyssor, because of the Gunuku bridge battles. Gunuku in general is great just because it's the hardest base to take and the easiest base to defend. I like being on either side of that battle, and if I'm on the attacking team I enjoy staying and defending afterwards. The only thing I really dislike about Cyssor is how far away it seems the interlinks are, it's just too easy to disrupt the lattice and remove the interlink benefit.

Cyssor Pwns all other conts it has less fog so you get great views and its a cont were you have to be very mobile to to the Huge litices, like Chac to that one you know.

Ishundar...I dunno what I like about that place, but I get the most kills there. Ishundar is my first place to look at when I log on. Searhus comes in a close second, then Cyssor.

Searhus is the most original continent in the game - a force can find itself hundreds of meters up in the crater, fighting along the rim, or in one of the passes, not to mention in forested areas around the periphery...plus, there is no proximity to Sanctuaries, so initial attacks are difficult. It's the best continent by far.

I find myself loving Esamir. It's fairly large, very pretty, and I absolutely adore the bridge fights there. What with the rock formations, hills and trees, it's prefect for Pheonix users like myself :) .

i fought on that god forsaken continent the other day, I hated every minute of it. When someone globaled an raid forming for hossin I jumped at the chance to leave lol.

i like ish because its like the tr's main home continent on markov.the tr always have control of it or always fighting for it which means more battles=more kills. that and it was the first continent i went on and got a kill on.

I love Ceryshen and Esamir :p Don't know why, but I like the snow continent look better than the other ones. Ceryshen was also the first continent I saw some truly large battles on (including one great infantry battle between a tower and a base, and an awesome bridge battle between Anguta and Sedna). I can't stand Ishundar and Cyssor because I always, ALWAYS have to fight there :mad:! I'm also getting extremely sick of Forseral. Why do the NC always have to hack Pwyll while the VS are hacking Gwyddion ? :rolleyes:

ceryshen blows, at least for a driver, I mean how can u have good vehicle battles when if u stray too far to one side its look out below!

The only thing I like doing on ceryshen (other than turning the snow yellow (and why the crap do they not have bodily functions in this game, oh well another rant)) is taking a rasser and doing jumps off the side of cliffs, its pretty fun to catch good air.
