Pop limits = suck. Armies aren't supposed to have only 70 people in them total.

I've never played the game but are you talking about Planetside when you say that?

No, Empire Earth, the first RTS to have a really high pop limit (It was around 1400 I think) and the first RTS to let you advance through the ages from stone age to post space age

Yeah, the quasi sequel, "Empires, dawn of the modern world" had a popcap of 80k I think. Doubt that you could get NEAR that many without crashing all but the hardiest of PC"s though. And you'd need cheats.

I've played the original and The Art of Conquest... It was ok... would've liked an easier to use mission builder more along the lines of StarCraft's Campaign Editor which was easy to use...

I have Emipre Earth. Haven't played it in like a year. It fuckn' sucks. Rise of nations was better. But your better off waiting for Lord of the Rings: Battle for middle earth. That looks like a fuckn' A game!
