Neither of these are urgent, but they are both pains the but.

First, every once and a while I start my computer and when it gets to the windows xp loading part, it just restarts, nothing more, then it comes up and asks, windows did not start properly, what would you like to do. I choose STart Windows Normally and it works fine.

The second problem. Every so often when I try and restart my computer, my video card wont come on. THe monitors go to sleep, its like the card wont inisialize, no bios, no thing. To fix I have to turn it off for a few and come back.

Specs are as follows

AMD 2400+
1g ddr333 ram
1 80g harddrive
1 60g harddrive
Radeon 9700 pro running omega 4.2 drivers (both problems have happened with any drivers.)
Audigy platinum Soundcard

Any help with these problems would be great, like I said, not urgent, just annoying.

Replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard, often times restarting without any prior knowledge or want can be associated with it.

The video card issue is a little trickier, that could be bad physical hardware in a sense, because you said it has his problem with any drivers. Do you have any other computer you could possible test this video card in? Did you flash the firmware on the graphics card?

Make sure your Video Card is pluged in s3ecurely, sometimes if it is lose it will not boot
