Depends what you're talking about, imo. For effectiveness I'd go with the lasher. For coolness I'd go with the NC weaps. Overall, I'd go with my MCG, though.

I guess other would include things like the Rail Beam or the 150mm cannon, or any of the assault buggy main guns. Those are technically empire specific weapons.

Lock bug and all I like my Striker (if they would FIX the lock bug I would shout with glee). My Cycler follows a close second. I find it humorous that all the Empire jumping people jumped to the VS and loaded up on Lashers. I find it more humorous that they tote that Lasher outside and get owned by my Cycler :lol:

The MCG is my favourite so far, mainly because it feels so American-it shoots a thousand slugs a sec (not literally but you get my point) is the crappiest precision weapon around and hurts like a mofo. It fits us perfectly, we shoot enough ammo at something until it dies!

Why do I get the feeling that NC and VS partisans are voting for MCG to screw the democratic process?

Who the hell would vote for MCG? It's mediocrity incarnate. No instagib, no splash. Just solid math that adds up to around a full second per kill, if not slightly more.

Call me a skeptic, but I think people are voting for anything but their true favorite for fear of the nerf stick. It's happened before.

I voted honestly... Phoenix. And I really hope it gets nerfed.
