While browsing my programs this afternoon, I realized something.

I still have 6 gigs of my computer being taken up by Planetside and the Planetside Test directorys.

According to Add/Remove Programs planetside is gone. I did that months ago. But. Guess what. The only thing it removed was the planetside.exe file  DIE.

Manual deletion? Neg, Everything is read only, and resets itself to read only the second I change it. Fix from CD? Neg. Only option on that damn flash install wizard is "PLAY PLANETSIDE!!!11123210"

Get. Off. NOW!@@!@

Im guessing this requires registry digging. I have no experiances in this aspect. wtfban.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP.

Please :tear:

did you do a search for the files that are still there? If you find one, the others will be with it.

Isn't there a way to make them... not?

Ah. There we go. Tracked everything down. Got it, and stabbed it. Thanks to Smaug for leading me there. Lol. Thanks.

/stab thread.

Ah. And. Isn't there a way to make them... not?

I had the same problem. a few years ago, I had a dell laptop, and it was my only means of playing games. it had a 3 GB harddrive. this meant I had to recycle every megabyte I could, I mostly had the sims, and Age of empires 2. but I uninstalled the sims. but wait. I felt like playing it again a few months later. I searched it, and there it was, full saved families and everything. hmmm....

Why would you want to uninstall PS anyway?

if all else fails just format

Look at the bright side; after you format your computer will boot up a heck of a lot faster

Because Power Rangers ABC's or the like is a better use of my 6 gigs
