what does PC stand for in ram I have pc2100 but I've seen PC 2400 and Pc 2700 whats the difference?

That's the speed of the RAM. 2700 is 333Mhz - 3200 is 400Mhz

it's an attempt to make ram simpler for common buyers...

higher number means better.. well so most people thing hehe.
