ok.. galactic conquest is a bf1942 mod that is based on the star warz universe... im dling it now.. so how is it :confused:

i DLed Glactic a long time ago in the early alpha stage, and it was pretty hokey, i mean...flying the millenium cruiser around the deserts of el Amein with a brit flag at the outpost...

It's not bad, but it's not very good. get FH.61 instead
Also, considering it took like 6 months there's very little added

Remember though, it is only .2, DC was alot like this way back in .2, it looks promising.

Well it has alot more maps and a new objective mode. The space flight is kinda weird as its not really designed to handle zero G stuff. Some of the vehics fly funky, but you get used to it. Overall A for effort maybe B- for overall.

I played .1 ALOT like 6 months ago.

It is much better than .1

So far I would give it a B for gameplya and an A cause it's star wars

Flying is a bit weird and they have a few bugs to work out still but the maps are fun - hoth, tatooine, bespin etc.

Very good IMO.
Kinda hard at first, but keep at it, and it gets much better.

FH is very good as well. Get both.

couldnt stop playing sat night when eine came over my house for mini lan......kicks ass now.....still .2 and space flight kicks ass w/fighters

^was thinking the same thing. its pretty good considering its only .2 . its hard to realize sometimes that its stilll BF1942. especially on task force battle, with the capital ships and X-Wing Tiefighter dogfights.
