Fixed an issue that would cause players to lose Outfit points.

When someone says that I hardley get any outfit points that will be my excuse :lol:.

OMG!!! FINALLY!!! Armor bar!!!! Can't wait, this was needed from the beginning. No more wasting time trying to get people to stop for repairs only to find out they are at full armor. Nice.
