My most humilating moment in PS is when their was a NC agile who had a Magscatter because he was out of ammo and I had a MCG and was trying to shoot him but missed almost every shot and he killed me easily.

The other day I swooped in on a big zerg in a galaxy, thinking I would mow them with my galaxy. I was instantly exploded by a mass of mines and killed a lot of my own team.

Worst part was, I told my platoon that I was going to do it before hand. I hope nobody noticed.

No i decided to take on a takeoffing galaxy with a knife. I think i pierced the hull cause i died flying with the galaxy.

I OSed a TR AMS which got hacked while I was uploading the coordinates. Friendlies started spawning at it rapidly, killed about 25 NC. So now my OS isn't bugged and kills the AMS.

There was a time when I was flying my Reaver over an Interlink base my outfit had just captured. I'm critically damaged, but the fighting was over so I stopped, hovered in place, and opened my map to check out the plans for the next fight. Apparently, however, I had brilliantly chosen to hover within the area that the huge Interlink radar dish revolves around in, so the dish essentially rotates right into me as I'm fussing over the map. I get knocked around a bit, then blow up, all in front my outfit buddies.

in one day i think i wrecked into almost every damn tree on Ceryshen. i don't know why my Del driving skills were so bad that day, but i swear i couldn't drive five feet without smacking into a tree. most humiliating half-hour of gaming in my life.

I was with my friend from SMF and we were holding a tower from a bunch of TR and at first we would try hard but, after a while it was just the same like 10 TR over and over so we started to have fun by taking turns going at people and using supressors to kill. Now after we held it for like 40 minutes without either one of us deing or getting seriously hurt and on my turn I got owned by a AMP using cloacker :(.

Crept into an enemy tech plant, killed three or four people once inside, manged to hack a Vanguard, only for it to register that there was a shield mod up at said tech plant.

Couple of days ago TR were fighting on hossin (i think) and we were getting our butts kicked by NC (they had vanguards...and Markov TR just can't seem to keep prowlers in the field)

Well, as karma would have it, I spent a good fifteen to twenty minutes sniping on a single life to get my spawn timer down (that and the sniping was good at that particular moment) when I was finally double tapped by twin NC snipers.

Well, seeing as how the tower was packed to the brim I decided to spawn at a nearby AMS and get my sniper rifle back...

...only to spawn in the middle of an NC OS...

Okay, fine...I can deal...spawn at another AMS on the other side of the base...

...only to spawn in the middle of another NC OS...

Not a problem...it happens...there's another AMS back at the sniper hill i was at earlier.

I logged for the night after that.

My most humiliate'n moment was when I was try'n to TK a d2a n00b yesterday( but I was laggin so hard @ point blank range he lived and killed me. Ofcouse i had a stellar 8 fps

One night when I was sniping as TR on Emerald I was just completely snake-bit. I don't mean that I couldn't hit anything, I mean I couldn't hit any enemies.

Saw a guy running up a hill, tried for a little bit of a moving shot...little bit off...killed the TR cloaker following behind him....oops.

Took a bead on the tower (pretty sure this was at/near Verica) and drew a bead on a Lancer in the top doorway. Fire just in time for some surgile to run in front after bailing from his aircraft. Since the VS had the top mined he took some damage from that and then he dies right in front of this VS guy from my sniper round...double oops.

So now I'm like "crap..." so I see a cloaker running through the trees. Draw a bead on him and fire.........just in time for the green name to show up overhead (thank you SO much SOE for making that a five minute delay). Triple oops.

Then I get the bad luck shooting at the door of the round going that little bit to the left (snipers will know to what I refer...when you get your crosshairs locked and it doesn't go where it's supposed to. Hit the cloaker hiding by the doorway. I'm honestly surprised that I didn't get any hate tells or have people start spamming that I was a TKer.

Think I *finally* managed to start killing a few enemy soldiers (I started aiming for the TR...suddenly the VS started dropping like flies then :lol: ). Don't think I've ever gotten on a run that bad since...but damn, four friendlies in a row is just really bad.

When me and a friend of mine were running around in the caves defending the builidng when he kept saying that i was hitting shooting him whenever we got into a fight. I said no I didn't and was all saying that i never hit friendlies and stuff. The very next fight we got into, the guy we were fighting ran right in from of my friend and i stuck my crosshairs on stanton and killed him quite fast then i managed to get killed by the surgile with a JH.

That sucked bad...he won't let that go now.

Also flying into a tree because of lag while trying to engage anakin.

I did something similar to that. I was running up to a tower CC when an NC I think ran down the stairs, I went to hit c to crouch and hit alt instead. Alt is my special ability button.

via game glitch my friend some how got his NC AI max stuck between two trees and just to be a jerk some VS beamered and knifed the poor guy to death. When has anyone ever seen a MAX get knifed? it was sad. I watched the whole thing through my BD scope. unfortunately i was out of ammo or i would've shot the VS bastard. well... it was pretty funny.. so, maybe i wouldn't have. heh.. heh heh..... heh. :D

but i think the most Humiliating thing i ever saw was when I was fighting NC on Hossin. i was clocked ontop of friendly base. that was geting geting flailed by 2 NC fails. when 2 NC galls fully! loaded! where moveing in on the base. an as soon as thay fly over the court yard BAM! 1 gall got Tked by 1 fail an like 3 secs last BAM! there went the other gall form the other flailer. OMG could you pictur there faces O_ an all that grif lol. that was the most "humiliating" hting i ever saw any NC do. (this was on emarld by the way) lol

Scenario:

Tower drop in Agile armor with a Sweeper in hand and a Decimator in inventory

I land and turn Audio Amp on and scan 0 enemies in the tower.
I hack the tower door.
I proceed down to the CC.
I round the corner to almost run right into a NC Scatter MAX ( Yep, STILL not showing on Audio Amp)
We both stare at each other in surprise and I Surge up the stairs switching my Sweeper for the Deci.
No one fired a shot.
I come back with the Deci and the MAX is gone and 2 NC with Jackhammers are there�
I surge away and Switch to the Sweeper.
No one fired a shot.
In the process I see 2 infantry and 1 MAX giving chase with Audio Amp the MAX in the lead so I fall back to the roof and switch weapons again to the Deci
They open the door as I back up to line up the Deci shot
I step on a mine, which scares the piss outa me!!!
I spaz/twitch/jump half outa my chair and shoot the wall next to me
The Deci splash damage finishes me off and I kill myself.

Lessons:

Implant bugs suck
I have L33t mine finding skylz especially at crucial moments when it counts the most
Walls phear me and my Deci
The NC had the decency to allow me to complete my comedy routine without shooting at me and ruining my performance.

he was STUCK.. between two trees on searhus or hossin, i forget where we were. game glitch or something. he was already on his last leg and to pour salt in the wound the poor bastard got stuck via game fuckup. i'd have taken the VS out buy i was both laughing too hard and out of ammo, so.. yeah.. it was one of those "just bring the scope up to 8x and watch the fun" situations.

Got in a duel with some TR I've managed to fight a few times before that night.

We were spamming vvz and vvb at each other(though I won the majority of the time), and the final time I surged in a tower door, and we dueled. I won, and vvz'd his body, then ran out the opposite door only to step on his land mine.

Took out TR while doing my runs, when a Friendly Liberator dropped it's payload on top of my Reaver while I was still doing my strikes.. I don't know if the crew were drunk or just had me painted but there was no remains of my Reaver.

My worst situation was prolly when I was in the Byblos cavern (the one with Lava) and I was about to get on a zipline that crossed over a river of lava I noticed a TR soldier with a suppressor firing at me I had a JH so naturaly I hopped on the line to attack the soldier, he gets on the line and were both firing at each other then I accidentaly hit the jump button bailing me from the line and making me fall into the lava :lol: :scared:

Driving my flail, my mate laze targets 2 nme galaxies. I deploy and fire of a couple of rounds, Only to find that a few seconds b4 they hit, my hackers took the galaxys and had started to fill them with our troops. instant grief.

yeah, there needs to be more communation in situations like that.. you can't totally blame yourself in that case.. when you've got action like that going on you've got to make sure those in your empire that are involved with the local action know exactly what's going on. Plus, flail shots take forever to reach distant targets, so, there's really no do-overs with that ancient weapon.

The Black Hawks (my old outfit that I started) have been around since exclusive beta, but we rarely played because only 1 or 2 guys had it and we're rarely on at the same time. So when open beta came out everyone was on at the same time. I put up our TS server around the release of open beta, so no one had really "met" delta yet.

Well the first day, first mission EVER comes along.
We load up into the Galaxy and I have this wonderful idea of trying to go across the ocean to get to Amerish. Well... you know wha thappens when someone tries that, the vehicle explodes: so I blew up all 15 of my Black Hawks on the first day ever, the first mission ever. If you read the first page of our old forums you'll see a topic called "I met the clan leader today" if you open it up it says "he killed us all :D"

A cocky TR CR5 found me while I was sniping turrets at Hurakan on Hossin. So he comes up to me and macros 'Hey' and I stop and think 'oh shit'. Unfortunately he already had his Sweeper drawn and Surge enabled so there wasn't much I could do. :(

But in the end I thought it was funny so oh well :D

Get back, log on and log on with my NC toon out of reflex.

Well, I'm still on hossin from a raid a few days prior...

Hit instant action becasue I'm on the wrong side of the conti and I don't have a vehicle, right into a tower battle.

Bocoup badguys around the tower, so I grab my combat engi config and head up the stairs to defend the CC.

Well, brilliant NC that I am, I place a boomer and promptly forget what side I'm fighting on...

Boom...instant 500 grief, several "WTF" hate tells, and to top it off we lost the tower.

Sigh...when I have bad days, I don't hold back :)

I remember a similar experience Arand.

This was back during beta, and right after the last p-wipe of beta (i.e. - the one before the BIG wipe at release) I switched from fighting for the NC (as Draco) to fighting for the TR (as the now infamous SpaceWolf). Well, after a while, I missed my Phoenix so I went back to the NC on another server. IIRC, back in those days hotspots showed up for any fighting, unlike now where they only show up for your side fighting.

So I'm in the HART looking at the map and plotting where to go when I see some real mean fighting between the VS and the TR. Completely forgetting what side I'm on, I drop down near this fight and get out of my pod...then I wonder why all the TR names are in red and I guess I hadn't had my coffee yet that day because for some reason it struck me as normal since...after all, the TR are red. Don't ask...I still can't explain how that thought made it through.

Anyway, I'm running around shooting at barneys and really, the TR guys aren't bothering me that much. Then a Prowler blows me up and I'm like "WTF?!" and then look at the kill window and go "Ha ha! There's an NC guy here....and he's got my nam.............aw crap..."

I returned to Sanctuary completely mortified...but looking back now it's funny as hell. :)

Today on Cyssor, near Tore I believe, I decided to go sniping in Agile (:()

I set up on a hill in a pretty hot area, I hear JH firing around me. I look up and this guy blows 3 shots into me, I'm VERY low health (single digits) we dance around, I pop a shot into him, hes stil blasting missing every shot. he reloads, i keep missing, he fires off a total of 19 shots (mind you, this is about 4m away) and i pop off the last shot.

I just thought it was HIS most humiliating moment :)
