I just picked up this game today and I think its pretty good. Its very different from 1942. The one thing that pisses me of is when you start taking fire and you cant figure out where its coming from. It is too much of a cat and mouse hiding game for my tastes. What is your take on the game?

According to Penny-Arcade, it's a complex game, but they may have just been humour. I never liked the original game, so I doubt I'll ever touch BF:V's jewel case.

Flying around in an F-4 dropping napalm on the enemy while classic 60's vietnam rock is blasting on your speakers is just fantastic :D

So is flying in a chopper into a base with ride of the Valkyries on and a M60 in hand, just so much fun.

I like the infantry fighting, kinda sucked at first cause it was to confusing but after a while i started to spot all the movement and things got better. Kinda weird balance tho, since the only weapon you'll ever need is the M60 or its communist equivalent.

Just trunching thru the jungle only hear some guy in a tank blasting past you while its playing the song War... so hillarous and creates such an exelent setting.

When i played BF:1942, it seemed insanely fast paced. They has a BAR and they'd be sprinting.

It just seems like you're playing a game of reflexes, not playing a regular FPS.

Well the game is kinda like Ghost Recon (you do nothing for about 15min) but its kinda fun when you have some guys that want to teamwork
