I'm a mechanic and all I have to say is thank god for GM products. If it weren't for GM I wouldn't be in business.

EDIT: As a mechanic I would have to say the worst pain in the assbackwards design awards (that I have worked on) would have to go to Chevrolet Vega, ................hmmm can't remember the name of it but it had a Chrysler 3.0 liter in it I think it was a V6. that thing you had to pull out damn near every wire to replace the headgasket. (lets just say this it was like taking apart a bowl of spaghetti and having to put every strand back where you found it I still have nightmares of working on that thing.:scared: ) and the ford bronco II (even though I'm an avid ford fan this car is a pain in the ass to work on)

Number one would have to be a Yugo. Craziest pieces of crap ever made, especially when the steering system or brakes would suddenly decide to stop working in the middle of driving.

Horsepower is important but in the end it mainly comes down to weight and gear ratio. Yeah the viper will win the top speed catagory but that front heavy car (with it's v10 engine) will have to slow down more then the mustang cobra to get around a hairpin turn.

viper's arent great either. their engines are primitive and not to mention its unbelieveable size (8.3 liters). aside from the 500 hp, everything in the car is very mediocre.
