I signed up for WoW beta a while back (like I am sure lots of you did).
Over the last week (when they sent the emails out) I was out of town, when I got back I whole sale deleted everything in my email account (after two pages of spam) now I don't know if I just deleted the beta email!
I know I probably didn't get one, but the fact that I could have, and deleted it would kill me, is there any way I can get my old email back or find out if I was accepted?
CRAP! I can't beleive I did that... I might have been playing WoW right now...

Damn my blundering ways! This is one of the only times I hope I did not get accepted into the first wave of beta, cause that way their will be at least a chance of being accepted later...

You could always email Blizzard and tell them your situation. There's a small chance that they would reply.
The chances of you actually getting an email for the first phase is next to none. Out of the several hundred thousand people who singed up, only a few thousand were accepted. In the first phase of a beta this big, they usually only accept people who run fan sites, friends of the company, some people from the industry, and maybe a few press people from something like PCgamer or GameSpot. Very few "normal" people get into the first phase of a beta that's going to be as big as this one is. Blizzard has already said that this will be by far the most extensive beta test they've ever done. And if you know anything about the scale of the WarcraftIII beta, that's saying something.
Edit:
Signing up for the most anticipated beta this year: $0
Trip away from home for the weekend: $40
Getting owned by 2 pages of spam: Priceless

If you include koreans, it's probably more like 1,400,000 people did. Koreans are crazy for da games.

Koreans are nuts for MMO games and blizzard games. WoW is both :scared:

Yeah. Your skill in Starcraft can be the difference between getting laid and getting rejected in Korea. Starcraft is bigger in Korea than Football is in the US.

Sorry to here that, man. Is your email web-based or ISP-based? If it's the latter, there might be a way to recover your email. But if it's web-based, like Hotmail, chances are that you lost it for good.

Well actually you still have hope. If you haven't activated your beta account you should be recieving a 2nd email. Proof.
Clicky. (http://www.battle.net/forums/wow/thread.aspx?FN=wow-general&T=1469453&P=1&ReplyCount=37#post1469453)
In searching through our records, we have determined that over 220 emails went out last night to Comcast users. Out of this group, only 61 people have not yet created their accounts.
I will be sending personal emails to these 61 people to insure that they have in fact received an email (we will resend their beta-signup emails if they have not).
Further, our support team has been working with other ISP issues all morning and are in the process of resending beta-acceptance letters that were bounced or rejected. This should clear up any concerns about your ISPs having been down last night for one reason or another.
As a last note, our emails are being sent out individually, and each email is unique. Because of this, ISP spam blockers should not be blocking them. However, your personal spam blocker might (this is the one that you have control over) so I urge you all once again to please allow emails from @blizzard.com to be accepted.
Thanks,
~Kat ;)
Not sure if they would be sending you one because it sounds like you did get the email, but there is that great chance.
