This is my paintball marker, i've had it for long time now. i've upgraded it as much as possible.

My new gun that i will be buying soon is this http://www.macdev.net/us/cyborg.htm . it is a MacDev Cyborg. shoots 30 balls a second, if you trigger finger to do so. semi-auto. no other gun on the market like. its the best gun out there right now anywhere in the world. if you scroll to the bottom, you can watch a video of how fast it is able to shoot. no paintballs were broken while shooting with all stock parts to the gun.

I got a tippmann 98 custom, Expansion chamber, low pressure system, response trigger, and a Armson stealth 16 inch barrel. no E-bolt (I find full auto cheap :p ) I was thinking of getting a nitrogen tank but I don't feel like putting the money into it. The thing about the barrel is it's the only make of paintball barrel that is rifled (grooves cut into the barrel making the ball spin hence being more accurate.)

I could care less about how long the barrel of a paintball gun was I just like fast shooters

Besides the cyborg, my only other choices for a gun would be a bushy or the new shockers.

I've got a Spyder TL Plus with DYE Boomstick barrel. I've been out three times and gotten like four 'kills', and that's in jungle warfare without the Boomstick.

I prefer the woods. You arena players can go trip on your inflato-square baloon bunkers. Besides, you can't stalk well in an arena.

I don't need an auto, I do it with One Shot.

I need a scope. Seriously. Does anyone know where I can get one? Maybe not a sniper scope, just a spyglass or something to the side so I can see if I'm firing at a bush or a person. (Because we wear camo.)

i wouldnt spend t hat much money upgrading a tippmann, they suck for speedball

you could have gotten a BKO 2004 instead of spending all that money on upgrades

Me and Ivan have the best gun IMO. The Matrix has an insane rate of fire. It is about as quiet as a mouse click. Good air consumption. CANNOT BREAK A BALL. Very very very accurate. BTW from what I seen the cyborg does not shoot 30 BPS... not with out chopping paint, or throwing the bolt. Unreliable gun, a guy at a local field had one. Nice out of the box. Thing broke in a month tho. Ive never met anyone who had their gun break because it took a ball to the frame. Check review sights before you make the investment.

you wasted your money on a 6 inch barrel, you should have gotten a 14 or 12 inch one.

No he didnt. The 16in may have slowed the ball down but the fucking stealth is accurate as hell.

a 16 inch barrel doesn't help you shoot any farther then a 14 inch barrel.

bah all of you. I got an AC Outkast with an E-Blade trigger frame and a 35/45 PSI nitro tank. and a superfly bolt so it almost never needs to be oiled. getting an LPR this weekend.

yea I saw a test the difference was like less then milimeters in length. since I blew all my money on my gun, Im saving up for the Freak barrel system, the only barrel set anyone could ever need.

edit: btw, when I get that barrel set its pretty much impossible to get a better marker. :D

Werd, yo.

Sure, my Spyder TL Plus can't paint a wall red in 3 seconds with its rate of fire, but with an 18" Boomstick, one shot to the torso does the job just as well.

barrel ( P ) Pronunciation Key (brl)
n.
A large cylindrical container, usually made of staves bound together with hoops, with a flat top and bottom of equal diameter.
The quantity that a barrel with a given or standard capacity will hold.

are you sure?

I've read I think it was from Tom Kaye(sp?), owner/designer of the AutoMags, said he's done studies on barrel lengths, amount/type of porting and what not, and have found that barrels over 9 inches begin to slow the ball down. So basically anything over 12 to 14 inches is over kill. And on porting, I think he found that if you have too much porting before the 9 inches you loss velocity behind the ball. So you'd just want a little bit of porting near the end of the barrel to release front ball turbulence.

I didn't spend that much money on the gun.....under $200 after the small amount of upgrades. and i know it is not meant for speedball but i still do very well with it...so what you say does not apply to me.

no one can shoot 30 balls per second...they tested it and thats how fast it can shoot. no balls break. the gun probably broke because he didn't take care of it the right way...some people don't know how to properly clean electric guns...

Got a nice rat impulse here.Prolly all im ever gonna get,it shoots plenty fast and any faster is just stupid.Paint costs way too much to be shooting freaking 30 bps.I try to keep mine around 10-15 at most.I want a Armotech gun tho for woods, someone said they were good.Anyone know?

JetRaiden
2004-04-02, 07:21 PM
no marker can get 30 bps, and if a test shows that, its done by a machine. Ill give 100 bucks to anyone who can get it past 25 in a tourney.

I know it is a machine...and the test showed 30 bps without breaking a ball..i know no one can shoot that fast but it doesn't matter...it is a nice gun and thats that. very well built and lasts long..like all guns you need to take care of it, if you don't expect it to break.

JetRaiden

mine can do 30 BPS too on a machine. you cant really count by that.

edit: Researched that gun, its a myth. all its stats are fake.

That is right

and 30 bps is imposible by a human when they get paintball guns up to 30 bps that is with special testing machines

JetRaiden

and at 30 bps I promise the marker will sputter and chop balls. I dont care what it is.
