How did this happen?
Disclaimer: The fact that you have a broken hand is not funny. The fact that broke it over your brother's head is.

My gamecard expired a couple weeks back. I've just been too lazy to get another one. Besides BFV is keeping me rather busy for now.

It's a cycle: I play Planetside a lot, and start to get bored with it. Go off, buy some new games, have a blast, finish those off eventually, head back to Planetside, which will have regained it's entertainment value. Eventually, however, I'll get bored with it again, by which time new games have come out again, and so the cycle repeats.

I WOULD play PlanetSide ALL the time if my new computer actually "worked"... it gets a little tedious playing with my laptop...

The video game market is severely glutted. Unreal 2004 has objective-oriented play, a huge playerbase, the potential for kickass mods, unbelievably awesome graphics and physics modelling and no monthly fee.
Besides, rule #1 of any MMO is "don't kill the grind". Commander rank is now stupidly hard to get for casual players and br20 is the capper. Not to mention tons of glitches, a few outright bugs and persistent balance issues.
Still, PlanetSide was fun for many hundreds of hours. Truly a great game.

Of course in this forum the results are going to be swayed because half the people in the lounge done even play anymore.

I would be playing if I had managed to get the 30-day trial while it was still non-borked. I got stuck with the 7-day one where you cannot subscribe with it. :ugh:

True
Still, just because the forums dont have that many PS players (i'd say 75-80% of forum users play PS?). I think it's a safe assumption to say atleast 90% of all PS's traffic is serving PS players.

I figured that if I posted it in game descusion, the people who diddn't play would never see it. People who don't play PS rarely go there. However, people who do play planetside do visit the lounge.

Ive been slowing down in playing lately, since I bought like 3 of the most anticipated games of the past 2 months. I got bored so I switched empires, but I do play on both. havent played in over a week though. :(

yea, at least we dont have alot of people saying "OMFG this game sucks anything you get in it you can get in BF1942 UT2k4 only it has so many bugs its unplayable!"
Ive seen too many of these people to tolerate it anymore.
