When you loose all capitols, and have bases on only 1 cont:
1 way broadcasting from sanc to all gates connected and on that continent.
AND
Lattice links from all gates, to and from the continent

Once you get 1 base off continent:
Any warp connected to the friendly Lattice becomes a Sanc-To-Gate broadcast point.

I've just thought that they should give original lattice to home continents until a base is secured somewhere in the world, but they are trying to distance themselves from the whole home continent thang.

I'm confused by that website...it shows only pictures and doesn't tell you what to look for.

Grey, can you please explain whats going on in that site?

Lets see here,

First one, you got it so that the VS got capitols and multiple continents with bases
Just normal gameplay, nothing need be changed

Second one, when an empire gets down to no capitols and bases on only one continent
The exit side of all warps on the last cont become like "home continent warps"
Free yellow lattices, and a broadcast gates on the other side of every gate connected to the continent

This way, you basically make it so that the empire can get back in the saddle
The other sides don't just double team the remaining few bases
And basically you end up with more places with real fights
and it prevents one side routinely getting huge +90% lopsided base ownership.

Third one, once you get a second continent with a base on it, the warps and lattice go away
However any warpgate that you have a base next to, can be broadcasted to 1 way from Sanctuary.

This jump starts the game
-It gives the opposing force more places to fight, instead of waiting for the pop locked last stant continent to open
-It balances out base ownership
-And most importantly it makes it so that people don't log off due
to frustration or boredom waiting to play in a REAL fight to begin.

In the end, everyone benefits, and the game becomes something which people can continously enjoy.

It's called the Edit button, plus, lose does not have two "o's" in it.
