Old games you still play.

I dunno whats the time period, but lets just say when N64 ruled. from 1996-2001 (or whenever N64 sucked).


I still play Delta Force2, actually i'm playing it now. UT since i beat it on god mode a year ago, now i cant even do easy or the lowest level. Need for Speed3. Quake3. And soon i'm going to get a crapload of N64 games from gamestop.

Not sure if this fits the bill but I still play:

1.) Civilization
2.) Master of Orion 2 (I think, or whatever the good one was)
3.) The old Final Fantasy games, before they turned to crap...

Those are the only "old" games I've played within the past several months. Most of the rest of the "old but good" games I have are at my brother's house. Some of them I would love to play some time!

Great stuff... and most of it ran flawlessly on a Pentium 550 with 64 megs of RAM and an 8 meg ATI 3D Rage Pro video card! Those were the days...

I played DF2 for years. Played on Custom Maps with a group of about 100 guys, LRS and CDS. We did "Long Range Sniping", 2700+ meter shots with the barret. All custom maps, very very fun stuff.

Mechwarrior 3. Much more enjoyable than Mechwarrior 4, IMO.

I used to play Baulder's Gate (The Original Saga) which is the only and best RPG game ever! I used to play Day of Defeat non stop last summer. But now I play Call of Duty.

Dude! I just remembered the original Descent. I used to play with my brother over LAN. I still have the original strategy guide for it.

Imperium Galactica 2 is also a good game. Pretty friggin hard at the top difficulty levels.

It's an artform really. You need the custom maps with low fog and lots of valleys and hills. It's lots of fun. Just look and see where the bullet lands and adjust accordingly. There was a huge guide that Bullseye (Best LRS Sniper) wrote back in the day.

well i used to play red alert but, i got it from sams club and it will like only play on 98. but, im gonna replay through FF 7-9 with Xenogears, FF tactics( best game evar) , and front mission 3 :).
