To all that asked, I use a shell replacement by the name of Aston (http://www.astonshell.com) and the actual theme is Techno Dreams ...No Escape (http://www.deviantart.com/view/3634995/).

Windows actually performs better with this shell hehe...

And it is fully configurable, that clock on the right side is a functional plugin embedded in the desktop. There are side menus that are super nice.

The best part is, I dont need icons and dont use the clunky Start menus for most anything, I load programs out of menus that hide on the sides (kinda like Quick Launch, but more organized)...

It is shareware though, but you get 30 days to decide you can't live without it :P

All you people who are worried about stylexp, don't. Right now its using only 13 MB of memory on my computer. In comparison windows uses about 200 MB just by itself.

There is a shell swapper that you can use to switch between Aston and Explorer. It takes about a minute.

Currently the Aston shell is using 7 MB of memory on my computer. The explorer(default) shell was using about 15 MB when I switched to it :p

Aston was truely amazing, and freaking awesome, but I just cant deal with losing the desktop to my on-the-fly crap.

I'll use it at lan parties to confuse friends, and make them drool. thats about all.
