I have sigs turned off. I'm sure they're pretty and all, but the avatar is plenty imo. Sigs just stretch out the page longer than they need to be, and make everything take longer to load. NOT seeing sigs helps me take note of which people are LOL'ers and which ones actually make meaningful posts. There's also an e-penis factor about sigs that I don't like, and it ranks right up there with post counts on my List of Pointlessnesses.
