Now, when you say that BR3 is 3000 and BR2 is 1000, does that mean that BR3 is 3000 total, or 3000 more than BR2?

And you forgot to mention there's a 3 hour timer on the orbital strike.

KIA, he means that the total BR received by BR2=1000<=, and that the total BR received by BR3=3000<=.
