Is Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomoroow any good? I played the first one and really liked it but my friend said that second wasn't that good... is that true?

The story to Pandora SP isn't as good as the first one, but it has it's cool parts. The cgi's are a lot better this time around, and MP is teh r0x0rz.
