Are all your drivers up to date? Are you sure the game supports your video card?

"128 mb intel extreme graphics card"
^ I'm guessing it has something to do with that...
Hate to say it, but you might want to think about purchasing an ATI or nVidia card...

Well, Intel extreme graphics is not listed as one of PlanetSide's supported video cards. So there may not be anything you can do about it. That is if you're talking about PlanetSide of course.
If you've updated ALL of your drivers (including sound, and motherboard), and installed the latest DirectX, then there's probably nothing left to do short of getting an nVidia or ATI based card. Which is something you should do if you plan on playing games anyway. It will perform much better than what you currently have, and they're fully supported by every game out there.

Well As the others say its probably the integrated graphics you have, Extreme graphics is just not meant to run new games, its not even a card realy, its just an extra chip on the mobo that uses the System ram as its texture ram.
Though i have heard other people that have been able to play on Integrated so you problem may be something else failing cant say what it could be though
